A cup of mocha / hot chocolate / ice blended macam 'minuman' jee kan?
Tapi 400kcal! sebab? gula, creamer. susu.
Berbaloi ke?
baik makan ikan betul2. dapat protein & healthy fat.
baik minum air masak, badan sihat. urine bersih. awet muda. kulit sihat. bertenaga.
Yang penting, ZERO kcal!
Kalau tak makan langsung, lagi lah teruk & kesian.
bila tak makan, kadar metabolism akan menurun.
MUSCLE MASS yg turun, tapi BODY FAT bertambah!
berat maybe turun tapi still gemuk lemak
tak sihat tau! tu yg cepat je naik berat balik.
Makan 5 kali sehari. Sama macam waktu solat kita.
6am-8am Low Calorie Breakfast (Shake)
10am Healthy Snackings (Fruits/Biscuits/Yogurt)
12pm-2pm Moderate Quantity Normal Meal (or Shake)
4pm Healthy Snackings (Fruits/Biscuits/Yogurt)
6pm-8pm Low Calorie Dinner -- shake!
(Or Moderate Quantity Normal Meal)
IMPORTANT:
before noon complete 2 litres. after noon complete 2 litres
OR 500ml per hour. 10 hours dah complete 5 litres each day.
